Telephone Advice

If you feel you have a problem or query that can be dealt with over the phone you may be able to speak to the doctor on the telephone.

The receptionists will take your number and we would be happy to return your phone call, this may not be on the same day if the doctor you usually see is away from surgery.

If we feel it is not safe to deal with your problem on the phone we will always arrange for you to come into the surgery.

If you need urgent advice we will suggest that you speak to the on-call GP or triage nurse.
