Our highly skilled reception team are always happy to help you with aspects of our service including booking appointments, requesting repeat prescriptions and informing patients of test results.

In addition we have a Health Care Champion Ellie Trown. Ellie works with the Health Trainer Service which provides support for individuals that need help to make life-style changes. She has information on a number of topics and is available for patients to speak to on an appointment basis. Please contact the surgery and ask to speak to her in the first instance.

We also have a Patient Liaison Advisor, Carol Kirk. This role was created to help patients get the best service they can from the Practice. Carol deals with queries on all aspects of Blue Dykes Surgery. Telephone us on 01246 866771 if you would like to speak to her directly.
