New Patient Medicals

We offer a new patient medical to any patient who would like to have one. We also ask that any patient who has any ongoing medical problems or is on any repeat medications has a new patient health check. This medical can assist the Practice in assessing your current medical status while we wait for your notes to arrive from your previous GP (which can sometimes take several weeks). Your height, weight, blood pressure, urine etc. will be checked and recorded.

You can help us in this process by filling in the questionnaire to hand in at reception. Our healthcare assistant will contact all new patients who have repeat medication or chronic medical conditions to ask them to attend for a new patient check.
