Surgery Open
8am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Late surgeries for
pre-booked appointments also run each week until 8.30pm.
These take place on either a Tuesday or Thurday.

of Hours
Please dial 111. If you are ringing from
your home or anywhere in Derbyshire you will be connected to
Derbyshire Health United. If you are ringing from outside
Derbyshire you will be connected to the out of hours service
in that area.

Patient Survey 2012
We carried out a patient survey earlier this year.
The Patient Participation Group at the surgery
supported us with this project. See some of the
results and comments we received which include
opinions both positive and negative.
